Cancellation Policy
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a 50% fee. Anyone that does not show up to their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the services booked. No exceptions. All fees will be charged to the card that is put on file. You may only schedule a new appointment once all balances are paid.

Permanent Makeup Clients [Coming Soon!]
There is a $50 deposit required for all Permanent Makeup services. Your deposit will go towards the total cost and the remaining balance is due proceeding the service. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to show up to the appointment will result in forfeiting the deposit amount.

Face Masks
A face mask is required upon entry, as well as throughout the duration of the service. Face masks may only be removed for facial waxing services.

Kids & Plus Ones
Currently, there are no kids or plus ones allowed in the treatment room. I have a lot of equipment that can be dangerous and hazardous to children, so please do not bring them to your appointment. Schedule accordingly! If you must bring a child or friend with you, they are required to sit in the hallway outside the suite.
